Microsoft s potential hostile takeover of Yahoo could face the proverbial “800 lb guerilla”-the Chinese government.
A new Chinese law that will go into effect later this year that could allow the Chinese government to weigh in on the goings on with foreign businesses investing in Chinese companies. As you may recall, Yahoo owns a large stake in Chinese Web marketplace Alibaba , and a stake in Taobao, Alipay and Yahoo China.
Speaking of China, WOW will be delivering Web Professional Training with WOW Certification in Conjunction with International World Wide Web Conference April 22, 2008 at the Beijing International Convention Center in Beijing, China.
