Adobe Flash Video has? won an Emmy. For some reason this is getting more press from Adobe than the fact that YouTube was essentially a Flash Powered website when it sold for 1.65 billion dollars. Sorry, I just like saying, “billion.”
Palm shares dropped 7.6% on news that NTP, Inc. is suiing them for patent infringement. NTP, Inc. nearly shut down the Blackberry wireless service and won a lawsuit against them for about 600 million last March.
and finally, Windows Live Local 3D is hot. It was released today at http://maps.live.com ? You’ll have to install Virtual Earth, like Google Earth,? to view it. Advertisers will want to check out the virtual billboards. Is there any reason Microsoft won’t allow avatars into Live Virtual Earth someday and is that why Second-life has gone up for sale?
