First, a quick reminder that Adobe is announcing the launch of their new creative suite tomorrow, that’s our Tuesday for those of you in a? far away time zone. This is the first major launch since acquiring Macromedia and subsequently some of my favorite tools. Let’s hope the integrations? went silky-smooth.
So I have a question for you. What do longjump, Proto, Teqlo, Calgoo, Tungle, System One, blogtronics, Cogenz and Stikkit have in common? They’re all companies you’ve probably never heard of. They’re also companies you may want to learn about since they’re all about the current state of the Internet and each are carving out a product or service niche you may also have never thought of.
Things are changing out there folks and it’s time you dig back in and learn something new. Not because any of these companies will become Google or Microsoft. You need to learn about these companies to stay informed on the latest trends so you don’t make a stupid mistake or recommendation at your job that will cost you or your company money.
