The Adobe Flash Media Encoder is now shipping. This is a killer tool for prepping your Flash movies and videos for YouTube. Speaking of YouTube, NBC Universal among other broadcasters are officially in development of their own video website. TechCrunch reports the new service will include content from dozens of tv studios and at least 2 major movie studios.?
In related news, Viacom is being sued over a Stephen Colbert parody. The EFF and others don’t think it’s? right to force video sharing sites to remove the moveon.org? clip.
