Some hackers busted out some major Firefox flaws on stage at the ToorCon Hacker Conference. It sounds like the whole browser needs a rewrite. They didn’t release information about 30 additional flaws they claimed to have uncovered. But they surely caught a lot of people off guard when they showed slides of a Javascript vulnerability.
The hackers will be turning the 30 other problems they found, to hackers underlining a need for security across all browsers and further underscoring the fact that Microsoft wasn’t the company being talked about in a negative security context.
