Tech news is up and moving too fast for a minute.

Intel earnings are up, Apple’s coolness is waay up? and Microsoft’s search efforts gain a little ground? while Yahoo!’s profits are down? and NBBC.com has already been irrelevant for months.

Looks like the Net Neutrality debate? is heating back up. The Senators that started the fray at promising to seek further action to insure that bandwidth providers can’t legally charge different rates to different customers.

The Recording Industry Association of America aka RIAA has for the first time been ordered to pay for the legal fees of one of the people that sued. It looks like they got the Daughter by default but the Mom got even.

Designers, check out Aviary, an online multiledia editing suite. The collaboration aspect of their design may finally enable the kind of collaborations we’ll need in the future.

Coders, PHP 4 support is going away, time to learn something new and or port your code to 5 or 6.
